A friend of mine pointed me to this article , “Why HR Should Love The New England Patriots” and I thought it was worthwhile to mention it here. Not only because we are in Patriots country here in Massachusettes and the Patriots are about to become the best team EVER, but because the article does actually make sense in terms of recruiting and how companies are challenged to constantly find new talent.

Your recruitment budget is your salary cap, and the companies who figure out how to maximize the performance of their recruitment efforts will be a bit closer to emulating what the patriots are doing…at least in one sense. :)
