There’s an interesting article over at onRec.com entitled “Online Video Branding – The Most Powerful New Marketing Tool for Your Business” . The article focuses on the concept of incorporating videos into your online web-site, which is a good first step. But that’s not really a solution to market your company to prospective candidates where they are on the web. How will prospective candidates even know you exist? If they don’t know about you, they can’t get to your website to watch that video.
You need a solution to reach candidates wherever they are on the web, and drive them to your videos for the biggest impact.
Another concern for companies will be cost. What does it cost to have a 2 to 5 minute video made of your company? You’re looking at at least 5k-10K to have a professional video done.
