Great piece on the crucial elements necessary for creating a strong employment brand and how social recruiting will be integral to these brands.

Practical Ways to Address Employee Engagement by Trish McFarlance (@TrishMcFarlane)

Current and Past Employees are your best advocates when trying to recruit top talent.  Trish wrote a great post about some great ways to get employees engaged in our company.  Also, totally agree that retaining the RIGHT employees is key.

Nice post on the Cake Boss’s horrible Employee of the Month recognition program with some great examples of companies that have implemented great ones.
