Exciting news! As announced a few months ago via our Recruitment Marketing press release, SmashFly has formed a partnership with TalentDrive to bring resume sourcing to the WildFire Platform!
Today we are excited to announce that we have fully integrated with TalentDrive and the resume sourcing product is now available in our WildFire Recruitment Marketing Platform!
The official press release will be released tomorrow morning but here’s a sneak peak of the integration announcement:
SmashFly Partners with TalentDrive to raise the bar for enterprise recruitment marketing platforms!
Seamless Integration Brings Advanced Resume Sourcing to the SmashFly WildFire Recruitment Marketing Platform.
SmashFly Technologies, provider of the recruitment marketing platform, WildFire, today announced full integration with TalentDrive, the creator of the innovative on-demand resume sourcing technology, TalentFilter. This partnership brings the resume sourcing power of TalentFilter to SmashFly’s centralized recruitment marketing platform, connecting users with the most qualified talent from one location.
Through this partnership, SmashFly is able to provide clients with the ability to not only distribute their job ads anywhere on the web (major job boards, niche job boards, social networks, SEM, email & SMS, etc.) but to actively search from over 77 million resumes that exist on the web for every job they are looking to fill.
Most importantly, SmashFly has integrated TalentDrive’s TalentFilter technology fully into the SmashFly WildFire Recruitment Marketing Platform and within their Recruitment CRM and Job Ad Distribution components
Through the Recruitment CRM, SmashFly will now offer Advanced Resume Sourcing capabilities. Directly from the Recruitment CRM, clients will have the ability to actively source from over 77 million resumes based on specific job criteria and automatically add the most qualified candidates found as contacts in the CRM for use in future job campaigns.
Through the Job Ad Distribution component, SmashFly will now offer Proactive Recruitment Marketing capabilities. Clients who elect this option, will now be able to easily begin resume sourcing campaigns directly from the WildFire Wizard alongside posting to job boards, social networks, SEM, email & SMS, etc. Once selected, TalentFilter will sweep thousands of online resume locations, matching resumes to the job description and automatically send emails to any qualified candidates, driving these candidates to apply on the specific job position page on their career site.
With the addition of resume sourcing, SmashFly now provides several components that companies can use in order to make the most out of their recruiting budget all in one platform solution including Job Ad Distribution, Real-time Recruitment Metrics, Recruitment CRM, Recruitment Opt-In Database, Web Commercial Technology and Social Networking Capability.
“Every day we work to help our clients enhance their employment brand. If we can provide a solution that is “out-of-the-box” and helps them connect with higher quality candidates that fit their individual needs, in half the time, we consider our work a success. Aligned with our mission, we have brought to market an innovative recruitment marketing and sourcing solution that we are anxious to introduce to our clients,” said Mike Hennessy, founder and CEO of SmashFly Technologies.
“The opportunity to integrate our sourcing technology and develop a new, creative application for our tool with SmashFly is exciting. SmashFly shares our passion for innovation and value for marketing in the recruitment process—we are pleased to be able to bring our sourcing capability to an already robust recruitment platform. We look forward to continued innovation with our new partner, SmashFly,” said Sean Bisceglia, CEO TalentDrive.
