Here is our weekly feature in which we share the top articles we enjoyed from the past week about recruitment marketing, social recruiting and anything else in the recruiting space. This week we’ll be talking about the #HRTechConf, remembering Steve Jobs, social recruiting with NPR and Moneyball for Recruiting.
Here are the articles our that interested us this week (in no particular order), enjoy!:
This was a sad week as one of the world’s brightest minds and greatest innovators, Steve Jobs, passed away from cancer. To remember Steve, I’ve included his great Commencement Speech at Stanford in 2005 and a great article by Jason remembering his life and what we should learn from it.
Really interesting post on how you can use “Big” data to hire better people more quickly.
Nice interview with some good social recruiting insights.
The HR Technology Conference: Everything’s Amazing but… by Steve Boese (@SteveBoese)
Lots of great thoughts and learnings from this year’s #HRTechConf from great recruiting and HR bloggers.
Hope you enjoy the list. If you have any articles I should add to the list feel free to add them to the comments or send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or follow us on Twitter @smashfly.
