With the HR Technology Conference coming up next week, it’s about time to look at the session list and start building your schedule for the event.  And while I will have some responsibilities with the SmashFly booth (please stop by #2618) and analyst briefings, I always aim to attend at least 5 sessions at the conference to get outside of my bubble and embrace new ideas and ways of thinking about HR and recruitment marketing.

So as I look at this year’s conference I have a number of sessions that I’ve earmarked to attend, although it appears that we will all have to make some tough choices with a few of them.

Here are 7 that I encourage you to attend (in chronological order).

How HR Leaders Can Prepare for Technology Solution Implementations

There’s a lot of tough choices on this year’s schedule and here is another one. If you have ever read her tremendous blog or listened to her and Steve on HR Happy Hour, you’ll know that Trish is well worth going to see. I also think this is a topic that is picking up serious steam in the space as technology is only as good as how you use it and integrate it into your strategy.

Going to be at HR Tech?

HR Tech is one of the best events to begin thinking about your strategy and how technology can help improve and elevate it’s performance.

It’s my favorite event of the year and SmashFly will be exhibiting (Booth #2618). Please make sure to stop by and say hi during the event.  And please feel free to download our Buzzword Guide to Recruiting Conferences below!
