This post started a great discussion on recruitment automation and it’s future in recruiting. It also inspired my post this week on the impact of recruitment automation in terms of improving the human element of recruiting.

Wholeheartedly agree with Madeline and Kyle’s look into the future of Talent Acquisition and the emergence of a separate integrated model from Talent Management.

I usually don’t include download materials here but this is worth the free download. The entire report is really good especially the Talent Acquisition predictions starting on page 29. Really like the evolution in recruiting from a Traditional Approach to a Network Approach (it’s all about relationships!)
