Really interesting stats from a few recent surveys on the employer branding. I’ll let you dive in, but the overall consensus is that companies are still figuring out their employer brands—but they believe an employer brand “works” for a variety of objectives.
What a smart post from Lou. “Quality of hire is more important than cost of hire.” “Recruiting is more akin to sales and marketing, not administration.” And one that truly makes my heart happy: “Hiring is a business process, not a series of point solutions.” Talent acquisition must be one holistic strategy comprised of purposeful tactics that work together!
