In our newest video series “Recruiting Whiz Vids,” I talk to my colleague and fellow Opportunity Consultant (think sourcers for sales!) about the art of persistence vs. annoyance when it comes to reaching out to new (and cold) prospects and candidates. We aim to offer a marketing lens to recruiting and sourcing outreach, providing tips on how to improve your outreach and get more responses from candidates.

In the marketing world, prospects are our candidates and appointments are our screening interviews. Marketing works for sales as recruitment marketing works for recruiting: ensuring the most qualified leads get into the hands of sales and recruiting in order to convert them to a customer (or hire!).
